It's disgusting what they've done to him. They should be ashamed. The literal personification of rage reduced to dabbing and yoga

Hulk is better off by himself without the Avengers.

I completely agree. I very much enjoy the Incredible Hulk despite it not being a very popular film among MCU fans. I also feel that Edward Norton was a better Bruce Banner than Ruffalo. It really sucks how they nerfed Hulk after Ragnarok.

I‘m so sad what they have done with the Hulk, in 2008 he was just perfect man the anger the fear the transformation I will never ever forgive marvel for what they have done with hulk the face of MARVEL…….😣

I like how the MCU is giving big scary monsters a chance to have character development, a personality, and the chance to be happy
Like the Hulk and Man-Thing.

I don’t even mind occasional humor with the Hulk here and there, but what they have done to my boy is blasphemous. He’s literally one of the most iconic and powerful comic book heros of all time but he’s been reduced to a cornball.

I mean hulks more in control with himself, but I see what you mean with his nerf, like despite controlling it, he’s been more softer, weaker.

They haven’t given the Hulk any meaningful character development since Ragnarok, but even that’s a stretch since they basically ruined his arc about only fighting because he had to and not because he wants to. They’ve done plenty of things for Bruce Banner though. He gets to use Hulk’s body like a mecha suit now. Meanwhile Hulk gets shafted, it’s sad. Hulk has his own personality, he’s his own separate but attached being. That’s why I genuinely don’t understand how anyone could get behind this decision of ultimately killing Hulk and walking around in his shell.

I believe in some of Hulks original comics he was light hearted lol well as much as Hulk can get.

I don’t think they did a complete horrible job with the Hulk but I do get your points. I definitely prefer to see the version of Hulk in the Incredible Hulk movie in the rest of the MCU. I don’t hate Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk but I like Edward Norton more. It’s a shame we didn’t get more of him. Btw I’m a new sub. Keep up the work. 👍

I kinda like how the hulk isn't just a mindless rage monster all the time. That got boring almost immediately after the Avengers. I also feel that A LOT of hulk fans are only fans of the movies, so they don't realize there's A LOT more to the hulk than just screaming and destroying shit all the time.

The MCU will eventually get milked to death someday anyway

Well, you can't play the exact same hulk rage card every time he appears. He does need an arc that brings his character to a close or a break. But yea, what they did with him in the MCU couldn't be worse. His whole appeal was his imperfection, his inability to control the rage and wreck everything he's built up as Bruce. I think I would be fine with what we got if they allowed him to rage out against Thanos in endgame, but instead they left his character as being scared.
