Mike here! I'm not riding this bike a lot. It holds up just fine in the city, ocasional curb didn't hurt it 😊
I know it's not so great idea, but if it fails I'll just build another one! It's great fun for long evenings 😂
No hard feelings for "bodge"
I think this wheels look sick!

P.S. the animal is my last name 😂 I just spared you trying to read "zwierz" (whitch is animal in Polish)

Edit: Everyone please just listen to the experts and have proper wheels for your safety. All the best!

No surprise. Two words: *TV Revenue*

NFL: $7.2b
MLB: $1.5b
NBA: $2.6b
NHL: $600m
MSL: $90m
CFL: $40m
🚴: $??

Sponsorship and endorsement revenue are highly correlated with TV Revenue.

We had a big storm yesterday, which I rode home from work in. Your tip about shoe drying reminded me that my shoes were still soaking downstairs. Thanks!

Since salaries are based on sponsorship money, then the entry of Red Bull and XDS is a good sign for the cyclists. The bigger name sponsors entering the sport would mean cyclists would be paid more down the line.

They get paid? I ride my bike so I can eat tacos and stay in the Army.

About Strava Family Plan...if you're currently a subscriber, you have to cancel your subscription, go to free status, before starting the family plan before your next subscription payment is made. So timing is critical to avoid losing subscriber benefits while waiting for your anniversary to show up. Strange marketing strategy...

My buddy once draped all his rain soaked gear over our hotel room AC trying to dry it off faster... the water shorted out the AC in the middle of the night and it was so hot we just had to lay there sweating till the AC dried enough to work the next day 😂

I loved your calculation of Pogi's daily salary, but hey, he's paid not to sit in the office, but to ride his bike. You see where I'm going with it, right? According to Strava, he has ridden 11865 km in 2023, spending 314 hours in the saddle. Let's assume for a moment that all his rides were recorded, and that his average cadence across all rides is, say, 80 rpm (assuming some freewheeling is involved). This means he has performed 314x60x80=1695600 crank revolutions, earning almost 4 euros per crank revolution.

Hope you"ll crunch some numbers on tdf stats for the next show. As far as I know Jonas and Tadej have now finished 1 and 2 on a record 12 tdf stages. Previous record 9 stages back in 1929-31 I think. And finishing 1 and 2 in the GC four times should be a new record. Might even be some sort of record in Jonas, Tadej and Remco finishing in the top 3 on 4 stages in this Tour but I can't find any numbers to support that
