Cloudland - In Japan - Patrick O'Hearn

Quite a dreamy, beautiful, sensual, even mystifying instrumental by Patrick O'Hearn. I tried to relate this to the well known Blade Runner Blues song by Vangelis, that consists of the same sort of "blues" sound.

Locations are Shinjuku, Japan; Tokyo, Japan, and Osaka, Japan.

I've been a fan of his for over 30 years and will continue to be. He seems to be an accessible artist too as in the past, he responded to several emails of mine, one time we carried on a bit of a chat about how terrible MP3 was but how nice the higher resolution 24/96 digital format sounded.

I have admired Patrick's music since I first heard him on KKSF FM, San Francisco in the mid-80's, and have been an avid admirer of his since. Whoever put this video together and recorded the accompanying track did a flawless job. But it's O'Hearn's simple keyboard and bass work that makes it work.
