My preferred grip for bench as well. Feels like I'm more in control. My problem is that my arms are long, so it can be a drawback.

And do you have any kinda injury’s, I have Bursitis in my right shoulder blade and I think I got a little elbow tendinitis in my left elbow. I had knee problems up until I started wearing knee sleeves. Some times I still feel a little bit.. and one big question, have you ever pulled your back doing deadlifts or squats? if so how bad?
