Founded in 2007, we faced some challenges along the way. From the housing crisis of the Great Recession to a former developer who didn’t make good on his word, our community got off to a rough start. New owners took the reigns in the summer of 2016 who immediately began adding new furniture, updating landscaping, marketing the community, and ensuring Preston Manor could reach its full potential.
