My Dad was a WWII vet, (Pacific Theater) but seldom spoke of his experiences and declined to be a part of any recognition ceremonies. He would turn 100 next year if he was still around. God bless all these brave men!

Every young person should watch things like this so they know why they have the freedoms that they do today.
Imagine be a 18 year old kid seeing 100s of dead young men on the beach arms and legs all over the place ppl screaming in pain crying out for help riddled with bullets dying where they lay.
And that's just for breakfast.
Then you have to fight for your life for next 6 months knowing full well at any moment your life could over.
Respect these men, there's not many of them left.

I love these guys . Ever since I was a little tike, I held my daddy's 🖐 hand and walked with him to the Saturday WW2 picture shows . I ate my 10 cent bag of pop corn 🌽. And everything that I saw on that silver screen, changed my life forever. ... I wish I could be there on the coast of 🇫🇷 France and see hug and talk with my lifelong Heroes and ❤😊
