What Really Happened When Nas Confronted 2Pac At The MTV Awards

On September 4, 1996; 2Pac and Nas had a well known altercation that has never been brought to life until now. In this video I put together what actually took place that night at the MTV Video Music Awards. From countless interviews and articles. The timelines were placed close to what I researched from all parties involved. To complete the story I had to place in some assumptions from history, and previous interviews from both parties. 2pac was upset to find out that Nas was dissing him along with Mobb Deep at their shows, even though he ran into Nas at the House Of Blues some months prior; and it was all love. Nas was close to Mobb Deep who 2Pac dissed, and also got word that 2pac made some diss records directed at him. They both came face to face at the MTV Awards after party in New York. Hope you like the video. Thank you!

Bro, just imagine a Pac and Nas collaborative album. That would have taken over the hip hop game.

Nas and Tupac were the deepest rappers that ever lived. They both sang about the struggles of being in poverty and were so next level compared to any of their peers

This was well put together. The biggest take away from this is, THERE IS ALWAYS THE PERSON WITH NOTHING TO LOSE WHO'S TRYING TO MAKE A NAME FOR THEMSELVES THAT GET THINGS GOING. So to everyone trying to be someone, watch who you surround yourself with. Any time you hear THIS story Jungle is ALWAYS the center.

The fact that he didn't back down from Nas even when his crew surrounding him shows how real Pac was.

This is far and away the best and most complete version of this story which is such an amazing and wild moment in rap history.

This was incredible. You should make one on the Confrontation Betwen Death Row and Bad Boy at the 1996 Soul Train Awards.

The way u put this together was dope. I think i speak for everybody who agree with me, we would love to see u do all the rappers that either had altercations and moved forward or passed away due to hip hop/street beef.

Pac was always reasonable when he needed to be. I think his private persona was tormented by his public persona, and as time moved on, he found it difficult to separate the two.
