Ang general advice is avoid facing East/West. Ang kaso yung prevailing winds naten dito sa Pilipinas, North East and South West. Parang kelangan mo pumili lang ng isa. Kaya na ba facing west basta may shading ka?

Good day maestro, 50sq na bahay ko gusto ko sana pa repair ang first floor lang. Bagonhin ang ang wall, at pataasin ang floor and celling gawing concrete. Need pa ng permit?

maestro pa advice naman po, naitayo q po yung bahay ng wlang building permit, sariling design q po wlang archetech o engineer n ksama, gusto q po ikuhanan ng building permit, panu po kea gagawin anu anu yung kailangan qng ihanda o e present para maka kuha ng building permit, dati kc kubo lang bahay q. nagparenubate aq mula sa kubo ngaun congreto na 17x11 po yung bahay q steel trases po wlang 2nd flor sna matulungan nyo po aq tnx po... sna ma discuss nyo agad ang problema q

Sir Yung nbili naming bahay wala daw pong building permit pero pinasok namin ito sa pag ibigpaano nmin mlaman kung meron b tlg tong permit o wala. 9 years n kmi nktira dito
