Heavily vegetated shallow habitat is my favourite and most beautiful place to snorkel. Seasonal rivers with heavy rain brings a lot of sediment from the hills which is rich. in minerals and is a perfect soil for plants. As you can see Lake Tanganyika is not all about rocks and sand. Plants are perfect and safest habitat for mouthbrooding females to release their fry

Now that’s an awesome sighting. It’s almost like an ocean look at all the varieties of Tanganyikan cichlids.
