I read that unpaid fines get deducted from their paychecks. Who issues the paychecks? This seems like an unquestioned authority. The controlling party could impose fines for anything. Wearing the wrong color shoes. Anything. How is this allowable? Where do the fines go if they are actually paid? If a Representative simply did not ever pay a fine, could their entire paycheck be withheld? I can see this escalating into something bigger. And I look forward to that and its' conclusion.
