In this video we add a navigation menu to our excel workbooks. This is an awesome trick to make your excel workbooks function more like a software.

If I create your sheet for a video I will send you the video for free!!

This is just about one of the coolest things I've ever seen on Excel. I've used the annual plan videos for a project, but this might end up being the 'wow factor' I need (as in 'wow factor' is a part of our grade). Thank you so much!

Great video- subb'd ! I was playing around with Excel last week & I figured out how to do this. Seemed like a neat trick (or perhaps more like a hack). I'd just add this: at a certain point, users need to hop over to using a database if that's what really fits. It offers this kind of functionality without the need for a hack. The fun zone for me is to explore how I can integrate Excel with a database- the best of both worlds. Would welcome your ideas. Thanks.

Hi! is it possible to lock the menu? The goal being that if we scroll, the menu remains visible

This was definitely very useful. My follow up question is now that i have my navigation menu created in each worksheet I am ready to populate my worksheets that have different formulas and links etc in them. I'm not sure how to ask this but i essentially want to 'disconnect' the navigation pane from the rest of the worksheet so that changes i make in the body of the worksheet don't change the format/appearance of the navigation menu. Can I/How can I do this? Thanks
