In this episode we take a look at some facts, secrets, and history of New Super Mario Bros. New Super Mario Bros is a platform game made by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. It was the first original side-scrolling platform game starring Mario since Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins in 1992, and the first game to be a part of the main Super Mario series of video games since Super Mario Sunshine in 2002. The game broke the record in Japan for the best-selling debut of a Nintendo DS game. The game sold over 30 million copies worldwide, and is the best-selling game for the DS, and one of the best-selling video games of all time. It was followed up by New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and later New Super Mario Bros. 2 for the Nintendo 3DS, and New Super Mario Bros. U for the Wii U.
