I still LOVE my Integra DTR 30.4 AV/RECEIVER / PREAMP! As it's still going strong, since I bought it in 2013. It matches well with my ROTEL RB1590 Flagship 350 WATT POWER AMPLIFIER (2 Channel) Which I bought in 2016. I just recently bought a YAMAHA BD-A1060 Blu-ray Player, which has a superb USB DAC. All 3 of these pieces I use for Music Mostly. However, I'm looking at possibly selling my POLK TSI-500 Towers, along with my TSI-200 Surrounds and my CS10 Center. The TSI500 POLK TOWERS only output a 91db Sensitivity Rating. "According to POLK's Website". I want Higher Sensitivity Speakers. With a range of 100db or 110db. Sure. doubling to a 4-Ohm Load would boost the db level. But I'd rather keep it at 8 Ohms / Higher Sensitivity Rated Speakers. And those types of speakers, don't come cheap!

Hello Gene I am wanting to know if you have ever done a review on a Integra dtr-60.5 I own this unit for over 2 years and I I have read the manual and to be honest it is a problem to get a good understanding of what I am able to do with this unit. I am going to setup 9.4 .2 but I have 4 atmos speakers that is going to be setup in the 4 corners of my room. I am using Onkyo 410b atmos speakers and I am wondering if this unit will be able to do height 1 and 2 if you have any idea if I can do this please help, I have not been able to find any information on the web so I was hoping that you have some information for me. Thanks

I have question regarding Marantz Sr7012 9.2 channel avr.
I have 7.2.2 atmos set up with kplish tower that i can biamp. I have emotica 5 channel amp and another denon 2 channel amp.
Sr7012 has preout for 11 channel.

Is there any way to biamp front towers and run 7.2.2 set up. Only option I have is if I biamp - then either i can play surround back or play two atmos but not both.

I have called marantz directly with no luck.

Why do people want to hear stuff behind them?. If you went to a concert would you want part of the band behind you? I still watch movies in 2 channel. Mind you it's on running through a tubed pre-amp. And you gotta have a good DAC. My stereo probably costs a lot more than one of these sense around receivers, but I like the sound.
