The Five Ways to wellbeing was developed by the New Economics Foundation in 2008. This project was an evidence review of the most beneficial ways to looking after and improving our mental health and wellbeing.
Each of the Five Ways have been shown to make a positive difference in how we feel and live our life. By including these simple actions every day we can improve our mental health and wellbeing.

Connect with the friends you dont have! Spent time in nature you are not allowed to go to! Reach out so people can be condescending and make fun of you! Seek medical help! ( hahahah where? when?) 22 month waiting list for a therapist. Just stop being depressed!... seriously.. you wonder why people killing themselves in this country at an alarming rate when this is your advise?
