The biggest reason why this team was so great was their mentality. They didn’t take no sh!t and truly played as a team. Just that mentality alone can make for a dangerous team and the talent they had was unmatched at that time

In my opinion, one of the biggest mistakes ever made by the City of Miami was demolishing the Orange Bowl, hands down horrible mistake!! That stadium had so much history and was the perfect venue for the Hurricanes, very sad.

ONE of the greatest teams? There is NO other college football ever assembled with the level and depth of talent that 01 Hurricanes squad showcased. The ONLY weakness they had was at QB, but they still were so overwhelmingly talented that they were able to make Ken Dorsey look like a good to very good college QB.
