I’m Still driving my 2001 Avalon. It has almost 385, 000 miles on it and still runs great. Original engine and transmission.

We have a 2012 Highlander and we recently sold our other 2004 Highlander. I actually liked how the 2004 drove better than our ‘12. It handled better.

I found a 2006 Toyota Highlighter hybrid that my mom’s friend ended up buying for $9k. 2nd owner. Towing package. Seats 7. All maintenance records, 115k mi. Leather, power options sunroof. Timing belt, windshield replaced. She got it for $9k. While we test drove it for 10 minutes 4 other people wanted it so we locked in the deal. She’s had it for a week and loving it!

My boyfriend’s personal favorite is the Toyota Sienna. He owns a 2010 model.

His mom however owns a 2006 Highlander, and even with nearly 300, 000 miles it’s still going strong for her 👍

Toyota's SUVs are some of the best Vehicles ever made, Scotty.

I have a 2008 Honda Ridgeline that has over 469k miles with all the original parts. It still runs but it's close to its end. Love that truck and would get another 2008 when it's time.

I bought a 2003 Toyota Highlander when it was new and kept it until July 2018. I LOVED that car! ❤ It had ivory color cloth interior that was beautiful and excellent fabric. I used car seat covers a lot because I had a few big dogs over those 15 years who often rode in the vehicle. I had a buyer lined up within 2 days of posting it for sale. He fell in love with it during his test drive. The seat fabric was still beautiful 15 years later. ❤

I used to have a 2008 Highlander with same equipment (Limited) that I bought new. I passed it down to my son after about 13 years. Never had a major problem other than routine maintenance. We loved that wagon. The timing belt went after 120k but it didn't kill the engine...we just replaced it. It _did_ start leaking some oil when we sold it after about 150k. But some days I wish I had that car again. Now I drive a 2016 Impala LTZ that I affectionately call "the SUV of sedans". Better than my Cadillac CTS Wagon.

I bought a 2004 Sequoia 4x4 after watching one of Scotty's videos. It is exactly what he described, an amazing vehicle well worth the trouble

If you're keeping the vehicle a long time, snow tires don't really cost you any significant $$ because they make your summer/all-season tires last that much longer.

Hey, that’s what I have, a 2004 Highlander. I’m very happy with it! 👍👍

My 2006 Nissan X-Trail T30 nows has 150, 000 miles on it and still going strong. No engine issues, the 4WD works perfectly, and the transmission is still OK too (but it's a little worn).

Those T30s were an older design from when Nissan made better vehicles. It's a perfect little off-roader that gets much better gas mileage compared to typical off-road vehicles.

Of course it works, it's a Toyota! Love that saying from Scotty. He has changed my mind about Toyota and Lexus vehicles over these past three years of watching his videos. All other cars are crap; especially American Manufacturers and over engineered and over priced German cars. Now my wife's 2019 XC-40 Volvo T5 momentum is bullet proof and I take extremely good care to have it serviced every six-months regardless of mileage by my Independent Volvo only mechanic. And, he has been in business since 1982. My new 2023 Lexus ES300h Ultra Luxury replaced my 2014 Mercedes ML350 BlueTec. I love this car and am getting 43+ MPG on regular gas. LOL 🤔

I'm not really an SUV or truck person but if I need to regularly haul stuff around I might do what a friend of mine did in that he bought a used Ford Ranger and put a cargo cover over the bed. He paid a lot less than SUVs with similar miles. SUVs are in high demand so the prices on them are really up there even with higher mileage.
