What abt on phone bc i cant find add directory

edit: found it in the end. server settings> overview>system message channel>welcome channel. enable 'send random welcome message when someone joins this server. found out by myself, no help to this video >:/ I would've preferred u reply to say u don't know instead of like my comment and leave me, and others confused...
