You can manually disable internet access for specific apps within the app settings. You don’t need a separate app for that. Also you can just use private DNS to block ads instead of restricting internet access. So this Netguard app is totally useless.

Hey Sam, I've been using this phone for quite a while and have been wanting to install Nova or Lawnchair but I'm facing an issue where the gesture navigations glitch a little while swiping up on Nothing OS. Are you facing this too?
