This is a song for every neglected child in the world, and God's reminder to passers by

It aways makes me weep.
Many times as a child I felt like no-one cared or loved me.
Always felt alone.
Regardless of age it never really leaves you.

My sister Fiona used to sing this (nobody’s child) often. She was born thalidomide and had such a tough childhood, always in and out of hospital. She endured so much pain and heartache but I never heard her bemoan her lot. She did marry and had twin sons who were devoted to her (her husband left her when the boys were young, she raised them herself, not a penny in support from hell im bawling my eyes out writing endured many struggles until passing away, 2 years ago and tragically only 53 from lung problems, her wee frail body couldn’t cope. She was inspirational and was\is my other sister, brother, sons and me miss her so you Nona, rip xxx

To all "humans" :
I'm from Hong Kong & don't have a religion. I immediately burst into tears when hearing this song & associate with those orphans derived from war !
As "human", can we not reconcile & compromise instead of going into war, especially because of religion !? Let bygones be bygones of which I'm sure our GODS (whatever religion) are teaching us & let's live in harmony. We win some & lose some !
Think of the miserable people especially OUR kids & elderly before going into war.

This song made me cry almost immediately when I saw the lyrics today - because it’s so poignant in regard to my childhood. My parents divorced when I was 6 years old, and my younger sister and brother went to Mom. I never saw them again in Hong Kong. I am now 76 and by the grace and mercy of Almighty God, I live in London blessed with loving wife and 3 grown up children. Naturally, I pray that I shall be re-united with my siblings. Thanks for sharing video.

After some years losing sight of one eye during an accident at an young age, I sang this song at a family gathering and when I finished, I saw the tears rolling down from both my parents' eyes though they liked listening to it. But it was just a song and I knew I had upset them already saddened about me. At 63, I still remember this and the song is one of my favorites. Thanks Karen

My Mum and Dad enjoy listening to this song when I was a kid. Now they have left the world but now I sit and enjoy listening to this song alone.

I wasn't an orphan, nor am I blind, yet there were moments in my youth when I felt like one.
I can never hold back my tears from flowing down each time I hear this song.
It is this song that gives me the spirit and the strength to offer anybody the feeling of "you are home", the moments of feeling "being accepted", "being understood", even if only for a (very) short period when I am with them.

Didn't realize my tears rolling down listening to the song.
I always tell my family to be thankful and grateful that we have been blessed with eyes that can see.
But many of us that can see but still blind.😎
