NOTE THAT I MENTION THAT IT DOESN'T COME WITH A PHONE HOLDER. I'M WRONG. IT'S HIDDEN AND TAPED UNDER THE PACKAGING INSERT.

Pros
- Flying toy helicopter clone of the FLIR Black Hornet.
- Weighs only 79 grams and does not require registration in most countries.
- Four channel control with cyclic pitch and roll servos control, throttle, and yaw control.
- Flybarless design with 6G (3 accelerometer and 3 gyro) stabilization system.
- Optical flow sensor provides automatic hovering capability.
- Altitude hold capability.
- One key takeoff and landing.
- 3.7V 580 mah battery provides up to 15 minutes of flight time. (I got 12 minutes)
- 80 meter control range.
- Locked rotor and fly-away protection of the motors.
- 1080p camera records video and photos to your phone via the Sentry app over 2.4Ghz WiFi signal.

Cons
- Altitude hold feature can not be turned off.
- Optical flow works best outdoors in bright sunlight.
- 1080p video looks choppy due to the low 20 fps frame rate.
- Brushed main and tail rotor motors.

It's cute. Not close to being a ' clone' Seems like just about any other electrical Cheapo quad or drone. You're only going to get so much for what ya pay.

RE the phone clip - did you check under the plastic insert? Another punter mentioned that the holder for 1 of the other models was hidden there. 😊

Thanks for your optical flow explanations. I have the C186 helicopter made by RC ERA and it is very similar. Mind you the ERA GB version has no optical flow and yet it performs about the same here. I have an Eachine E120 on order which is essentially the same but with optical flow so I'll be interesting to compare the two. I'm not hoping for much after seeing your video. 🙂but still fun little machines.
