Just bought myself a Pearl Masters Complete All Maple in Matte Black as and it's without a doubt the best sounding, best feeling work-horse of a kit I've ever owned. I've done all the custom kits, all the boutique companies and styles and plenty of other production kits from other companies and I've just never been able to find the quality, sound and feel like Pearl has. So pleased with it. Oh and I finally got me some Demon-Drives. Lol. Also incredible hardware..

I have a Session Studio Select snare in Ice Blue Oyster I got for my birthday last year. I will eventually get the whole kit in that finish. Love Pearl Drums. Always have.

There is something about that sound that's just great. It has the perfect blend of vintage round and warm sound with modern punch. Vintage sounding drums with round-over bearing edges lack punch; modern super-thick/sharp shells lack decay. Those are the absolute perfect blend of both.

Dude is killing it. Just straight slaying man he's good AND on top of that the way those toms (and snares for that matter) are tuned...are you kidding me they sound beyond amazing. I wish I could tune my drums to sound like that!!
