To ALL those who are unable to synchronize their bracelet with 'Very Fit' app, try using 'Very Fit 2.0' (both Play Store & App Store) to sync your device. I'm using 'Very Fit 2.0' on my android device and have also synched it with 'Google Fit', It's working fine for it will work for you

I tried 'running plus' app (IOS) as suggested in product manual, it didn't work; the app shows as connected/paired  via bluetooth but data does not sync.  Also tried 'verifit ' - also does not work....  any suggestions ?  otherwise this bracelet is going back for refund.

This will synch with Note 4 phone. Open the Moving Up app, pair it, and click on bluetooth, then on synchro, and then push the button on the Smartband. It will not synch unless the button is pressed on the phone each time.
