Business Partnership - How to deal with difficult partners

"Hi Mr Evan,
I was more of interested in knowing about partnership ,like how do we generally need to get along with each other for instance] we are 4 people who are doing and working on start-up but, I in the end get confused that four partner cant sit in same chair(Being Boss) and share equal money with each other even if we do, there would an ego clash about sharing equal profits because of work task.
So could give an idea about how and what kind of policies would be implemented in such situation among all of us four partners and how money need to be allocated in such instance.

I can't even ask a yes or no question with my partner without being attacked or gaslit. Do I have any legal recourse for an abusive partner? He's absolutely toxic but I'm deep in. He won't accept roles and responsibilities and I'm doing 80% of the work. I want to push him out but not sure I can.
