Cannot chat as a new user- I get an error message saying "needs to synch first"

I cant open the menu while waiting for my first chat to enter. It gets stuck. So I just Wait?

Please help. Everything seems to have worked right but it wont sync past 99% so i cant send anything in the chat.

I can't see any window at all. Having downloaded and run Qortal-1.4.3.exe on Win 8.1, I now have it installed in C:\Program Files\Qortal, but every time I run it, all I can see is qortal.exe running in Task Manager, without any UI to interact with it at all! What's going on?

Not synching for me, it stays at 0% despite having Qore and Qore UI running.
Also, slowed my computer way down. Using Windows 10, saw that Qore was using half of my CPU processing power, is this normal?

Hiya. Despite using bootstrap my blockheight is only 28k whereas the current height in node management looks to be 48k. I'm also still on 58% synchronised and so can't send a message in Q-Chat - do I just need to be patient?

@crowetic can you do a windows version for this channel for us Windows users? Also my core is stalling and how do you start it on windows without shutting down the whole computer and opening again? Feeling very inadequate with all this at present and only at 24% and I started on the 7.2 and now 11.2. Know I need to do bootstrap but need windows version. Pretty Please.
