Mitch is like the more balanced version of DLR and SH - he's kind of in the middle of them in every aspect of a vocal performance, and I just love it!

This guy was similar enough to Hagar that the transition wouldn't have been too jarring, yet unique enough in style (both singing and songwriting) that this incarnation could have gone in it's own direction. Not been just a throwback. The sky could have been the limit with Malloy. They screwed up with that MTV stunt and lost him. They really screwed the pooch. And they never really recovered from it.
