Javan the 3rd died from the mage revolution. He wasn’t able to change anything in Demacia because he didn’t come to his senses about mages until a little before his death. Javan the 3rd is the reason sylas was imprisoned because he easily could’ve taken these laws away way long ago but in the end he didn’t act soon enough

His title will be known as demacia dragon king, he would face coup from within demacia that does not want it as demacia has always had a human king and not align magic since jarvan v has big magic too. Jarvan V eventually died from the coup from his wound he suffered after beating the traitors and thus jarvan VI took his place, J6 is the adoptive son of jarvan V. Jarvan 6 is the one that made change within Demacia and brought it into the age of a kingdom with swords and magic thus created a unifying peace and strengthen demacia.
