NOTAMS is a last minute update system part of NAS, Natl Airspace Syst. Hard to imagine an internal glitch or bug, leaving either solar flare effect, geophysical effect or a hack. Not one word as to cause as of yet

Yes government won't say it but hacking is possiblity. If it was culprit will pay of course we won't be notified. Very serious incident for travelers. This coincide with opening of Chinese travel also technically we are at war(indirectly) with Russia. Just saying.
