The Gospel message is to be received by faith. That faith being a complete trust. 1 Corinthians 15:1-8 simply puts what the Gospel is: ( I’ll summarize it )
1. Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures
2. He was buried according to the scriptures
3. He was raised on the third day according to the scriptures
4. Then He appeared to many

How can a person be saved ?
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.

Turn to God and turn away from sin
