I participated for 5km run, when the whistle blew for race, someone behind me stepped on the back of my shoe, and the shoe came out as i took the next step. I bend down to wear the shoe properly and tied the laces. Now when i got up, i am the last person among 100 people.
I thought its not worth racing now, but somehow manage to convince my heart that ok, i am last and loser now, but lets see what happens if i give my 100 percent irrespective of being last...and i caught on with the race and ended up finishing at the 8th position.
I was amazed and glad of myself...

Great video as always dude! My biggest problem is how to start, I know my goals, I just don't know how to start. One of, if not the main issue is that the distractions are holding me back. Any tips on how to start and stop letting distractions control me, because I've been trying for months, and in those days my only solution was to say "I'll start tomorrow"...
