I absolutely appreciate your channel so much! This keeps us from running out to fast food, restaurants or even buying off of Uber eats and saves us a ton of money doing copycat meals! Another thing that I really love is if you go to Walmart, you can get the Taco Bell hot sauce, mild sauce or even fire sauce! They’re only $1.80 for where I live and I also get the Taco Bell sauces Like the avocado ranch, and all the other Taco Bell sauces we keep those on hand for all of our Mexican style meals, including our Taco Bell meals from home 1:21

✍ Hello Catherine's plates...I'm 77 and not as familiar as the young people with the menu at Taco Bell so for years I'd only buy a "Mexi Melt" or a Doritos Loco taco. Meximelts have always been one of my favorites. I remember when they were 79¢. The last time I got a couple from Taco Bell they were $1.25 each.

I just thought out some ground beef for my kiddos. We’re actually going to make this recipe tonight we’re going to use cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. I also have nacho cheese and I have a cheesy dip from Sam’s club that I didn’t know what to do with now I do! For myself, I’m gonna switch out the ground beef with black beans since I am a vegetarian, but my kids are meat eaters, so thank you Catherine we’re actually doing this recipe tonight! 7:03 7:08

I use a cheese dip, nacho or jalapeno as a base, crumbled nacho doritos, the meat, salsa and what ever cheese blend I have or just velvetta slices.. I build them right on the griddle or in the pan and flip them so both sides are golden.. some times I make a chopped cheese type filling of ground beef, peppers and onions and american or velvetta cheese.. its hard to go wrong with meat, cheese and tortillas!
