What size is that Staub pan? You can put acidic things like tomato paste in it?

Cooked this tonight it was lovely ! In future videos could you put rough measurements/ quantities shown, as it was hard to gauge how much chicken and chorizo you used in the video 🙂

That’s way more than a tablespoon of tomato paste like in the recipe. I added only one tablespoon like suggested and it looked nothing like that
