It's always been common sense to me for years everything you're saying. However, what I've noticed is It's not that people don't know these things it's more of a fact that most people do not want to leave their city. I have had the conversation that you're making in this video (actually a couple of your videos) for years; the result is always the same. The average person does not want to leave their city, their friends, or their family so they would rather struggle financially, and then blame any and everyone else but themselves for not doing something about it.

On your App, you should make a 'map' icon, and if someone just wants to click a state, it'll show the average for that state, and if they want to go in further they can click within the state and see the counties and see what the average pay for that county is :)
