If Ratcliffe wins, I feel we're not any better off - two of the Glazers still lurking around, debts not paid off, no pot for stadium / training ground upgrades (without further loans). Not a fan of state ownership, but at a minimum we need the debt gone, and it seems only Jassim can offer that. The Glazers are simply doing what they do best, being greedy with zero concern for the club.
