PSA: Women, heed the warning signs your menstrual cycle is sending you.

On Jan 14, 2022, I began an out of sync menstrual cycle. 3 days later I was admitted to the ER for severe anemia and blood loss. I'm sharing my experience and urging women to listen to their bodies so that we end the stigma and shame around the "period conversation."

Ladies, listen to your bodies. We need not be the victims of needless suffering because of misogynistic health ideologies.
