Is it possible to scrape data from Real Estate sites like Zillow and upload those same listings with the data you scrape into your website? Another example would be scraping cars for sale listings and then, somehow, automatically upload listings for with the data you scraped into your site.

yet I want to ask specifically about Instagram to be sure.
so scraping Instagram emails and usernames is supposed to be legal right? some users share this data within their profile.
would like to hear your insight about it.
also you said once every few seconds, how many seconds are a few in your opinion? what would be the number of seconds you would consider completely safe?
oh and what protection measures should one use in order to go with this safely? is VPN enough? anything else?
