23mm Metal Band Moto 360 unboxing & first look

Beau HD unboxes the official 23mm black metal band version of the Moto 360. A few months ago when the Moto 360 was officially announced, Motorola mentioned the metal band options would be available later in 2014. Well, now you can order a Moto 360 with the choice of either a 23mm black or silver metal band or a 18mm silver or gold band. The black 23mm metal band, as shown in this video, looks very stylish and feels much more like a traditional watch.

I literaly spent whole week searching fir this watch, now I'm obsessing over all this videos trying to inspect it as much as i can before it arrives.
There's that new moto 360, I've learned about this one trough that...and this one looks even better.

As a watch enthusiast who knows a lot on the topic, just to clarify for everyone else, the reason the watch feels plastic is because the black color is actually done with a PVD coating which is getting black paint to bond with the metal using a very high temperature process. So basically its just paint molded with the metal and creates a different texture. However this kind of finishing is prone to being scratched off over time, leaving signs of exposed metal aka stainless steel. So try not to scratch it so much and baby it, otherwise with age it will look bad!

I've been using the pebble steel band. Got it about  a week after the watch. 
Only $20. Ok maybe not as nice as this one but, you'd think they would make 
it a little easier to adjust.

You missed one item in the box.  There is a small grey envelope with four extra watch band links that can be added to the band for people with larger wrist like myself.  I just picked up the stainless steel version and had to add 3 of the 4 extra links to wear it.

My only concern is the plastic decorative pieces that the metal band connects to the body through.  I had my 360 for 3-day before I moved my wrist in a way where it put enough pressure to crack them.  It looks like these are only decorative but Best Buy was good enough to replace it.  If it happens again I will return it for a leather band option.

Hopefully getting mine in silver tomorrow. I still want to get a leather band but it seemed like less hassle to buy the metal and get a good leather band then buy leather and try to find a good metal band.

It fits, but it's a little snug. I think I'm starting to get used to it, but it would've been nice to have additional links

yesterday i received my moto360 2nd Gen with black metal band. But it's to short! The Band is only 14cm long (when it's closed and without the watch ).... Its to short for an adult man!

there weren't additional elements for the band. The Support says that normally there are 3 additional elements. but in your video i doesn't see additional elements too.

how long is your band? Did you have additional elements for the band?
