INGREDIENTS
-2lbs of mushrooms
-1 large onion cubed
-2 or 3 cloves of garlic
-200ml of milk
-200g of sour cream
-100ml of oil (olive oil in my case)
-50g of butter
-2tbsp of flour
-300ml of water
-parsley
-1tsp of dill (dry or fresh)
-salt and pepper to taste
