Is there not a difference between the term neurodiverse (all our neuro differences) and people you are neurodivergent? Neurodivergent people are not neurotypical. I found the language in this confusing but I may be wrong.

This is clearly someone who knows her stuff, but wasn't given enough time to do the topic any kind of justice. Get to know the individual so that you can make nuanced accommodations while allowing this person to participate as fully as possible with the the day to day of the workplace. This is better than nothing at all though...
