I used to worry that old-time music would die out once the 70s revival ran its course. How wrong I was, and how glad that I was wrong.

This young woman is an amazing addition to the art and beauty of the world, especially folk music. Thank you Nora.

This song captivated me many decades ago when I first it on an old Hot Mud Family album...! And you know what? It still does.

I dunno man...something about this kid and her talent. Got the prettiest melody...others are talented, sure. This kid is special. You got a gift, kid. Thank you.

I can't stop listening to you Nora Brown. I love your tunes and style. I have you on Spotify in the car also, and today I went to the market and met a friend, and she said, "have you ever listened to Nora Brown?" We are in Australia. I am 64 and was just gifted my first ever instrument, a banjo. You are such an inspiration. Thank you.

I hear little bells ringing as little children run down a cobblestone path to a stream.

I heard you for the first time on tiny desk this year and have been amazed and inspired ever since. Thank you for putting yourself out there! Much love

I feel like she took Omer's tune and refined it to perfection. She honestly plays it cleaner than the recording I've heard of Omer playing it.

Great job! I am good friends with 3 of Omer Forster’s granddaughters! Always check out YouTube and see who’s playing ‘Flowery Girls.’ It’s a lovely tune!

It was a wonderful February for snow here in NYC. The beauty of this tune is a perfect match for it.

Does anyone else hear a resemblance in tone, intonation, dynamics, phrasing and overall ethereal grace to John Renbourn in his post-Pentangle period? This is just so moving.

Amazing. You reminded me that I always wanted to play banjo. Gonna move to the country and learn. Thank you. Long live theses songs and thanks for doing the work to see and understand.
