Hawaiian Airlines A330-243 [N390HA] - Departure from Honolulu - 2 August 2013

Taxi and departure from Honolulu aboard HA 451 heading home to Sydney. Funnily enough, this was the same aircraft that brought us to Honolulu from Sydney as well.

Includes a look at the airport and some of the departures before us (including a Delta 744 and a United 777) as well as the golf course seemingly located within the airport.

I love the sound of the engines spooling up for take off and thanks to friends who told me to sit on the left side we get a nice view of Waikiki and Diamond Head after climbing out.

Funny you had the same plane both ways... I flew JFK-HNL on N395HA and a week later, I flew on N395HA again from HNL-LAX!
