Looks like I'm early, so time for a little statistics update! I've been recording all of the marble's ranks in a spreadsheet and calculated their averages, and as of this video they are:

Mint - 8.692...
Lime / Orange - 10.55
Red - 10.6
Magenta - 10.7
Violet - 10.9
Green - 11.35
Rainbow - 11.368...
Olive - 11.55

Unfortunately, the bottom 3 have always been stuck near the bottom. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Rainbow, Red and Mint have always been near the top, with Red and Rainbow interchanging until Mint came along and took the title from both of them.
Blue used to be among the frontrunners but fell pretty far, while Lime, Green and Violet rose from almost nothing (Green in particular) to near the top. I'd say that watching this is pretty interesting.

While I have separated the videos into three categories (elimination, points and race), the vast majority of them are elimination with few points and race videos. There's as many time-based races as there are 1v1s.
Mint takes the title for both elimination and points categories although the points is misleading because Mint has only been in one; Magenta is best in races. The worst for eliminations is Purple, points is White and races is Maroon, if you're wondering.

I can't help but imagine the giant red beast as a grand serpent, chasing the survivors, and at least a sort of sentience belonging to the marbles.

And then I think a little more.

A monster, deep within the caves, bearing the faces of its victims, red as blood and colorful as a rainbow at the same time.

This could make for a good story.
