Back in the days of 1.09 this was the top tier item you could find, especially on hardcore. There wasn't anything better than this bad boy. I remember waking up to school and i dreamed that if i just make that one run in the morning i will find, guess what... it dropped on mephisto, i had a dopamine feel that i never had before, it was a blast...

Good for Conc Barb, especially with String of Ears. Only thing is that you need to find another source of CBF other than Rhyme.

Stormshield is dope. I like it on my javazon. I usually try to put an um rune in it and go for max block. You can just run up on cows and be good .you can even be a little more budget and use a p diamond or a ral rune.

I've been using this instead of spirit on my blizz sorc. since im not using mana shield, and using either wealth or ormus robes, it really keeps you getting 2-3 shotted in cows, and gives you nice survivability with that 35% dr.

Been looking for a white Monarch for 5 days now; Running the Mausoleum, and the pit.
I thought my luck was bad, dropped 2 blue monarchs, and One 3 socket. %0 MF by the way.
Today In the Pit Stormshield drops. 1/1.7 million chance of this thing dropping form a Dark Archer.
What Is my luck? good, bad, I cant tell.

the fade proc shield is better smite and survivability assuming plus all to skill equipment pieces
