A Game within a Game - Competing against Teammates

A game within a game and competing against teammates. This is an interesting topic in my opinion and I wanted to share my two cents. I believe baseball is a game within a game, meaning, you are competing as a team to win, but you are also competing against your teammates for playing time. I've heard baseball explained as an individual team sport and that really made me think. It is true, but how should we handle that? There are two ways to have the tallest building in the city. You can either build your building higher than anyone else's, or you could knock down the other tall buildings so that your's becomes the tallest. In this video, I suggest you focus on building your building to become the tallest. That means you should focus on becoming the best that you can be and not to worry about what your teammate is doing. In fact, I think you should help your teammates grow because helping will promote more growth in you. It is a win/win and at the end of the day you have to remember, baseball is a game. Play it, have fun with your friends, and compete to win! I hope you liked this video. Please leave a comment below and let's talk about it!

Hi, I commented on the last video and said that I would go into the game with the mindset that you spoke about. Today I struck out on my first at bat, then, walked twice and stole second and third, when I was on base in the last inning, I stole home on a wild pitch. Thanks for your advice. From Cheshire, England.

Can you do a video of what pitchers should do after they pitch to keep their arms good?

My teammates bring the best out of me! They are my brothers. Hey I have a question that's off topic. What's your take on international baseball and the talent/competition ? I know there is pro ball in Mexico, Japan, and Korea, as well as other over seas countries and what to know if a lot of American players go there to play.
