What's also facinating is that Loom makes zero attempt to counter all the negative comments here... it is as though Loom Customer Support (if there is such as thing) is saying "yeah, we know that you're not going to get support, but oh, well... that's how we roll." So, if you've landed on a this video looking for said "help", you are only going to find communal commiseration.

In my experience, Loom is one of the worst saas I have ever used. Tons of problems and bugs. Example:
- Mics not compatible
- Audio not recorded on google meet (the worst is that you don't realize it until you are done recording)
- Passwords getting reset randomly
- Recordings lost if you are not connected
- Loom not working on second screen
- Customer service giving you Microsoft style support (such as please restart your computer...)
- And much more.
On top of all this, the service is very expensive ! 15$/month/user !!

I don't recommend at all. I'm switching back to snag it

For free, sure, great - you got what you paid for. As a paid service, you will ultimately be left hanging. There is no support. Were I to do this again, I would not use Loom. You've been warned.
