I am currently in the process of becoming a personal trainer and I have that paralysis where I don’t think I’m qualified enough to train others, but this video helped very much and I believe I will get the hang of it over time

I don't know why the videos you guys make have so little views, the information you guys put out are so real and in depth.
Thank you so much!

Love this! As a personal trainer it's very hard to find enough resources for how to grow. I would love to see videos on selling, retaining clients, basically anything. They cover some of this on the podcast but even more in-depth would be helpful. Basically what you're saying in this video is treat it like a profession, which I wish more of my colleagues did.

Love the series on PT. Could you please do a video on time management? I've struggled with this being a new PT and think it would be very helpful. Thanks again for all you guys do.

I've been working with my trainer for almost a month now on a once a week session. I've never had a trainer before so i didn't know what to expect. He never talks about diets or what the work outs do or which part of it helps grow. Mainly, i think it's due to the membership that i have. I guess, i need to be paying a little more to be able to get those type of informations. I know that sounds dumb but it is what it is.

I need your help guys.
Pour Wrist mobility now that have finally started squatting it has made me more aware of how bad my right wrist really is. 22 Years of carpentry and other heavy labor jobs has taken its toll. Thanks to everyone at mind pump my mobility has improved drastically and I am in the best condition of my life at 37. I am concerned if I dont get on the correction of my mobility in my wrists then it will have a negative effect on every aspect of training. Thank you for taking the time to read this and any help from other mind pump listeners would be appreciated. Have a super duper wicked awesome mega great fantastic day everyone

thanks so much MP! I've only been training for about 4 months so videos like this are helping me a ton. One challenge I am being faced with, now that I've had consistent clients for weeks, is feeling like I need to have a new workout every time. I've been hesitant to recycle exercises in fear that the client will get bored so I often come up with new super sets on the spot in attempt to make it look like I know more than just the basics. I did hear on one of the podcast episodes that it is common for trainers to find weird and unnecessary ways to execute basic exercises and I think that is what I'm struggling with now. Any thoughts?

Thank you so much for an interesting watch! As a personal trainer, our philosophies are definitely similar. At the end you mentioned your interest in the holocaust, I too have had the same deep fascination with the holocaust! MY favorite answer you gave was "You cant fuck this up" Thanks again, I love what you do!

I just got my NASM CPT and can't work at gym due to scheduling, children, etc., so need to train clients online, but i am at a loss on how/where to start, and definitely feel the imposter syndrome. Are there any good resources on how to setup and implement online training? Great content as always!!

As a personal trainer I get too scared to teach someone something new, mainly because I don’t know those exercises, example im confident with strength movements, but not so with cali movements and execution and explanation doesn’t go as clean

I'm concerned that 1 on 1 sessions will become 'psychotherapy' sessions as we build 'rapport'...any thot on that?
