Harry, watching your natural and uncut vlogs is amazing already, but having Luke there with you is such a bonus. You are both cool and nice. You two have great chemistry! This is another exciting series! Cheers to both of you.

13:17 Cendol drink is coconut milk based drink mixed with liquid palm sugar, the jelly bits you mention is the actual cendol, made by rice flour

Cendol is taste like liquid toffee, if you want extra sweet, don't mix it up first and then take a slurp from the bottom, the liquid is actually palm sugar.
Oh yeah for the rings, the guy laughing not at you but laughing at the guy who sells the ring, same way like the guy in Comro store, because they feels kinda funnily curious like how did their friend who cannot speak english at all but managed to sells their product to a foreigner.
Oh yeah maybe for tips, if you want to ask price just say 'Berapa?' or for a full one is 'Berapa harganya?'

I hope you enjoy your trip here in Indonesia Harry~

Hi harry, i am new comer of your vlog. Its a very nice experience you have had in jakarta streets with the commoners! First thing you ate is pancong cake which is very popular here as morning snack, and the cendol is a kind of Indonesian boba. The second food is combro, made from messed fresh cassava, its also a favorit snack to be eaten with hot tea. The cendol is made from cassava flour and added with coconut milk and palm sugar (the brown one). The ring you bought is very popular, using akik or Indonesian gems. You buy the blue nice safire ring. I hope you will see more nice things in Jakarta and other places in Indonesia

Best thing about far Eastern countries is Rain doesn't stop daily routine shops vendors visitors all doing their work under umbrella wearing transparent rain coats and no flooded street, street food looks good, bargain is a must while shopping.

The foods in the Jakarta streets look delicious. Coconuts and cassavas are my favs for desserts. Here in the Philippines we do have coconut pies and cassava cakes that are oven-baked. It is great to explore the local street foods. We get to learn other food products out from the usual fruits and root crops in different cooking styles. Nice one Harry again. Thanks for sharing 💕

Hi Harry, fun video as always! Combro is cassava batter filled with spiced 'oncom' (soy product), not meat. While Misro is its sweet sister, filled with pal sugar.

10:57 he says he's not selling Durian Cendol today, just Regular Cendol he sell
And about the price, actually he said Rp 8, 000.. of course, bcoz the language problem and you see his hand sign 🖐 so you think its Rp 50, 000. In Indonesia the hand sign 🖐 is also mean "empty /nothing"
