2,000 Letters of Support for Paedophile Bishop

Over two thousand letters of support were sent to Police investigating Peter Ball in the 1990s while he was being investigated for indecently assaulting young men. Many of these letters came from prominent figures such as the then Archbishop of Canterbury George Carey, current Prime Minister's godfather Conservative MP Tim Rathbone and Lord Justice Anthony Lloyd.
