Main reason why I'm not pulling for Nilou is cuz I need to save for Scaramouche and Raiden, but I also agree with your reasons. I have Kokomi, Mona and Xingqiu (also underleved Barbara and Candace) and all of them are more all-purpose hydro characters, plus my only one more or less built Dendro character is Lumine, who I use with Keqing/Yae

i dont plan to pull for nilou because im saving for raiden and yoimiya. i dont have that many hydro chars either and my dendro mc is underlevelled and unbuilt. a lot of stuff really, that and her playstyle doesnt feel good to me

Understand your opinion. Nilou isn’t for everyone. I pulled for her (just C0) because I have the supports she needs to work. But I like to mess around and use meme teams anyway; it’s more fun if something unintended works anyway.

She is pretty niche. I would say if you're in the position to pull, however, I'd go for it. It's like Yelan, Koko, or Ayato. HP scalers are just a really good way to make use of copium artifacts.

and btw. bloom team in coop is a nightmare for melee teammates. and i dont like her na attacks at least on ps5 u cant use charge attack attack after her third na
hard skip
