I love the fact that this enthusiastic woman never demands equality for women in the fields like coal mines, oil rigs, construction work, factories, sewage work and all other blue collar jobs. All she wants is lots of jobs for women as top CEOs where they can work at the comfort of high-end facilities in front of computers. I guess when women will be able to fill up those above mentioned fields as equals then only there will be as many women CEOs as men. It is always from bottom to up, not otherwise.

Women always choose comfortable positions where there will be less burnouts, like hr department, receptionists etc. When covid arrived small companies eliminated those positions first to save resources. You cannot blame them for cutting less important jobs at their companies. Women must come out of their comfort zone and stop blaming others for their own choices. This woman always skips the actual fact. Smh.
