The Most Delicious CARLOTA DE LIMÓN | Mexican Creamy No-Bake Lemon Lime Pie

Today I’m going to share with you how to make the most delicious Carlota de limón is basically a lime cake/pie it’s seriously the best dessert you can enjoy on a hot summer day or just all year around!!!! Tip ‼️⚠️ do only 3-4 layers 😉
**If you are making this delicious dessert to take to a gathering, use parchment paper to the bottom of your dish, for a cleaner presentation 😉get creative and top it with some fresh lime/lemon slices and some whipping cream!

Allow it to set overnight or for at least 6 hours 😀

ingredients: make sure your lime/lemon juice is equal to 3/4 cup 😀
1 1/2 pack Galletas Marias( Mexican Cookies)
6 limes
2 lemons
1 tsp Mexican vanilla extract
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can media crema (table cream)
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1 serving of love 💕

OMG, I just made my own version of this and it's to die for. I used all the ingredients she used in this video, but I also added sour cream and I these amazing lemon stuffed cookies I got from the Dollar Tree ( they're like Oreo cookies, but instead of chocolate, their vanilla cookies stuffed with s creamy lemon filling). I also added a layer of the traditional vanilla cookies as called in this recipe. Plus, I used graham cracker crust, and OMG, this is the best dessert I've ever had. It taste like Keylime cheesecake pie.

Thank you so much for such a delicious and simple recipe. I followed your recipe, but added a package of fresh raspberries into the blender, as well. I couldn't get the Maria cookies, so I used vanilla wafers instead. Oh my goodness... it tastes SO good! It took all my willpower to stop 'sampling' and just get it in the fridge and out of my sight.
